Thomas H. Ravin, MD

Director

Thomas H. Ravin, MD, is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Medicine and is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine.

Since 1990, Dr. Ravin has taught prolotherapy for the American Association of Orthopedic Medicine and the American Academy of Musculoskeletal Medicine. Because of his passion for teaching prolotherapy, he pursued and developed the necessary graphic design skills to create many of the original injection illustrations in this manual.

Currently in private practice in Denver, Colorado, Dr. Ravin is the president of Val d’Isere Health Clinic, PC. He specializes in the diagnosis of chronic pain and its treatment with prolotherapy

Faculty

George J. Pasquarello, DO, FAAO, is a graduate of the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine (UNECOM) where he served an Anatomy/Osteopathic Principles and Practices Teaching Fellowship. He is board certified in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.

Dr. Pasquarello has served as both an associate professor of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and director of the Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine Residency at UNECOM. He lectures nationally and internationally on the application of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, prolotherapy, and chronic pain management to physicians, house staff, and students.

Currently in private practice in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, Dr. Pasquarello is the director of East Greenwich Spine & Sport, Inc. He specializes in diagnosis and conservative treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
